Among the water-supply pipes of copper structure, there are some made out of high pressure plastic. The water-supply network is divided into three sectors. A section, independent from the towns water-supply network, supported by a tank of 1m3 which keeps the pressure stable at 3,5-4,0Bar, through a special automation board as well as two special pumps. By a) Fire-extinction drilling. b) Automatic watering drilling. The fire-extinction system along with the automatic watering network are supported by a 16m3 tank, which is connected to the drilling, responsible for the automatic water supply. This tank is protected electronically, in case the level of water drops or in case of overflow. The overall drilling supply is supported by an automation board, responsible for 2 pumps with stable pressure at 8 Bar. The drilling efficiency per hour is 3,5 m3. According to the level of the ground floor in the main residence, and the level of the fencing in the east side of the property, the difference in altitude is 6m.
